REFUND POLICY FOR DONATIONS.

My Piso for Education Incorporated greatly appreciates your generosity and commitment to our mission of empowering students through education. As donations play a critical role in our initiatives, we have established the following refund policy to ensure transparency and accountability:


1. Donations Are Generally Non-Refundable
All donations made to My Piso for Education Incorporated are considered final and non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, the funds are allocated to educational programs and services, making it difficult to reverse the transaction.


2. Refund Requests
In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The donation was made in error (e.g., incorrect amount, duplicate transaction).

  • The donation was unauthorized or fraudulent.


3. Request Process
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction date with the following details:

  • Full Name

  • Donation Date and Amount

  • Transaction ID or Receipt Number

  • Reason for the Refund Request

4. Refund Approval
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If the request is approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method within 10-15 business days.


5. Deduction of Processing Fees
If a refund is approved, any payment processing fees incurred during the original transaction may be deducted from the refund amount.


6. Non-Refundable Donations

  • Donations made in the following ways are non-refundable:

  • Donations that have already been utilized for program expenses.

  • Donations made anonymously without sufficient donor information.

  • Contributions made as part of a fundraising campaign or event.


7. Changes to This Policy
My Piso for Education Incorporated reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
